The launch of the Meiyanfang

On July 26, 2024, the launch conference of Meiyanfang, a learning organization under the Meixuehui, was successfully held in the Misun Enamel Conference Room. Meiyanfang's main functions are four: organizing technical exchanges, promoting research projects, promoting cooperation with suppliers, customers, and the industry, and releasing technical information.

At the launch conference, Carrier, the executive of the Meixuehui, introduced the positioning, functions, and organizational structure of Meiyanfang to everyone.  Mr.Ahoo, the board member, expressed support for Meiyanfang and expressed expectations and requirements for it, hoping that Meiyanfang could create "unexpected surprises" and presented the appointment certificate to the chief of Meiyanfang, George. George also presented the appointment certificate of deputy chief to his solid partners Daniel, Bob, and Angus and described the initial intention and goal of Meiyanfang.

The establishment of Meiyanfang is a new beginning, a commitment to innovation, and a vision for the future. We hope that through Meiyanfang, we can continuously explore the unknown, create possibilities, and strive to make our products into "works of art" so that the FPE brand can take a further step in the industry!

The first training of Meiyanfang ended successfully.

On August 26, 2024, in order to promote the synchronization of the professional knowledge of the company's employees with the new development of the industry, stimulate the innovative thinking of employees, and improve the professional skills of employees, the art research workshop carried out training for the first time since its establishment, and specially invited Professor Chen Wei of Fuzhou University to give lectures.

With the theme of "Analysis and Design of LLC Circuit Magnetic Components", the lecture enabled employees to learn and expand their professional knowledge and improve their professional skills in the form of teaching knowledge and technical consultation, and invited customers and suppliers to participate and communicate together.

In the teaching session, Professor Chen Wei gave a comprehensive explanation and introduction to the relevant knowledge of LLC circuit integrated magnetic components, which was in-depth, detailed, clear and inspiring.

In the Q&A session, the participants actively interacted, and the two-way interaction of one question and one answer enabled the knowledge points to be deeply understood and absorbed.

Through this lecture, the trainees not only gained professional and in-depth knowledge of transformer and inductor design, but also learned how to better apply the knowledge to practical design. It is expected that more technical problems will be solved in the future and more innovative achievements will emerge.
